Filing a takedown notice

Send notices through the contact form with the topic Copyright / DMCA. Include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Decision-Lab.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same form with similar identifying information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who repeatedly post material that infringes the rights of others.
